August, 2006: Strategic Marketplace Initiative (SMI) releases their “Measuring Effective Relationships” software program at the AHRMM Conference in Orlando FL. In early, 2006, SMI chose HPA to work with their membership to design a database driven software tool that facilitates an objective evaluation of the supply chain relationship from both perspectives; provider and vendor.
